PRYDFERTHWCH - meaning ‘beauty’ - is one of our most expressive signature coffees. We source this vibrant single origin from Jimma, Western Ethiopia, a culturally significant high-elevation area of Ethiopia acclaimed for its exceptional coffee cultivation. The region’s high-altitude forests and undulating hills create superior conditions for complex fruit refinement, which we showcase in this signature single origin.
While well-suited for both filter and espresso brewing methods, we thoughtfully roast this fruity washed coffee to especially shine on filter, presenting a unique, fruit-forward flavour profile characterised by intense tropical notes, balanced citrus sweetness. A must-try for those seeking a complex and unforgettable flavour experience.
