Grown in the 6-hectare Finca Cuatro Vientos in Santa Maria de Dota, Tarrazú (1,650 MASL), veteran producers Solis & Cordero bring more than 20 years of experience in coffee cultivation, processing and quality control to the fore. With a focus on high-altitude cultivation of Catuai and Caturra, this family-run farm represents the next generation of the Solis & Cordero project.
Reflecting a commitment to producing and processing exceptional coffees, this beautiful Natural brings together traditional family involvement with innovative processing - a foundation we have respected fully in the roasting process.
Carefully enhancing aromatic complexity within the coffee cherry before and during drying via a controlled fermentation process, this Modulation Aromatica Natural showcases expression and vibrancy. We have thoughtfully profiled and roasted this coffee to honour that precision, applying a controlled development that preserves its aromatic complexity and articulates fermentation-driven aromatics with clarity, sweetness and structure in the final cup. Our Tarrazú has been selected, profiled and roasted to be enjoyed across all brew methods.
