WAYUU

Wayuu is a sweet, clean and beautifully balanced washed Colombian from the coffee-growing region of Southwestern Antioquia. Sitting at around 1,600–1,900 meters above sea level, the coffee is sourced from small and medium-sized producers growing varieties including Castillo, Caturra and Colombia. The region is known for its mountainous terrain, rich volcanic soils and generations of coffee-growing knowledge.

This coffee is sourced through Siruma, an organisation working directly with farming communities across Colombia to strengthen quality, traceability and socioeconomic impact. Around 30% of the producers contributing to this coffee are women, with Siruma supporting farmers through field technicians, tailored projects and market-led coffee development.

In the cup, expect a sweet, creamy body with red fruit and almond notes that give us a proper Cherry Bakewell hit, rounded out by honeyed sweetness and a lively touch of orangey citrus.
