This Peruvian washed delivers an exceptionally clean, chocolatey coffee with notes of apple, roasted almond and a caramel sweetness. 

Grown by smallholder producers in the northern Peruvian amazon, San Martín is famed as one of Peru's great coffee cooperative landscapes. Sitting at elevations of 1200-1400 MASL, the warm jungle climate yields generous, sweet-natured coffees.

We source this coffee from the Moyobamba hub directly from our sourcing partners. Through a range of environmental conservation programmes - such as the Soil Health Initiative - farmers across San Martín benefit from in-depth training and agronomy support resulting in richer soils, lower input costs, reduced on-farm emissions and renewed biodiversity across the region.
